Feature

Parallel Routes

Parallel routes split large audiences into different paths through the same stations. Each team gets a unique link with its own station order, experiences the same content and questions, and avoids bottlenecks at crowded points. Create a new route in one click and set custom navigation instructions per path.

Parallel Routes in One Click

Have 200 participants and 10 stations? Instead of everyone crowding the same spot, create 4 routes that start at different points. Same content, same questions, zero bottlenecks.

Splitting

Split Audiences Into Routes

Each route passes through the same stations in a different order. A group starting at station 1 won't bump into a group starting at station 5. The result: smooth flow even with hundreds of participants.

Navigation

Custom Navigation Per Route

Each route can have different navigation instructions for every station. A group arriving from the north gets different directions than a group arriving from the south.

Link

Direct Link Per Route

Each team gets a unique URL with a route parameter. Send the link via message, email, or QR code, and the team enters their assigned path directly, with no manual selection.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do parallel routes prevent bottlenecks at large events?

Parallel routes split participants into different paths that pass through the same stations in a different order. When one group starts at station 1, another starts at station 5. No single point is overcrowded by more than one group at a time. The split happens automatically through unique links assigned to each team.

Is the content different between routes?

No. All routes contain the same stations with identical content, questions, and scoring. The only difference is station order. This means all teams compete on the same live leaderboard under equal conditions, without waiting in lines.

How do you send each group a link to a different route?

Each route generates a unique link with a route parameter. Send it via WhatsApp, email, or print it on a printable player card with a QR code. The team clicks the link and enters their assigned path directly, with no manual selection needed.

How many parallel routes can you create per activity?

There is no limit. Every Spotix activity allows creating as many routes as needed with a single click. In practice, most events use 2 to 5 routes. For an event with 200 participants, 3 or 4 routes are usually sufficient to prevent crowding.
