What is a Spotix credit?
A single Spotix credit allows you to add one team of participants to an interactive activity. When creating an access code for 10 teams, the system deducts 10 credits from your account. You can build and edit unlimited activities for free; credits are only consumed when generating access codes.
What happens when credits expire?
Free credits given at signup are valid for 90 days, while paid credits include a full year of validity from the date of purchase. After expiration, new access codes cannot be generated using those credits. However, all activities and access codes that have already been created and are in use will continue to work normally without any disruption to participants.
What is included in every Spotix credit plan?
All our pricing plans include full access to every feature in the platform with no restrictions. This means you get unlimited use of missions, questions, location locks, multiple languages, automatic translation, and a live management dashboard. We do not gate any features, so you only pay for the number of participants who actually access the activity.
Do participants need to download an app to play?
No, there is absolutely no need to download an app or create a personal account on the participants' side. The entire experience runs directly from the mobile phone's browser. Participants simply scan a QR code or click a link and immediately enter the activity you have built. This is a huge advantage that enables fast and seamless entry.
Can I customize the activity to match our organization's branding?
Absolutely. Our platform supports full White Label branding so the activity will look exactly like your brand. You can upload your company logo, choose brand colors that appear throughout the entire game, and even design a branded player card for printing. The participant's experience will be directly connected to your organization's visual identity.
How do I purchase additional credits?
At this stage, purchasing additional credit packages for team building events, tours, or large productions is done by contacting our sales team directly. We are currently developing a quick self-service purchase option directly from within the platform's management interface, which will be launched and made available to all users soon.
How many devices can connect to each team?
Each team playing on the platform can connect up to 3 smart devices simultaneously, at no additional cost to you. The system ensures all devices in the team are synchronized automatically and in real time, so all group members can read content, navigate together, and answer questions collaboratively from their personal phones.
